A palatial retreat awaits at Villa Capuccino. Divine views of the citadel and harbour can be enjoyed in absolute privacy. Villa Capuccino has 4 bedrooms (and two mezzanines) and accommodates 8 in luxury (and 10 comfortably). Complete with several outdoor entertaining areas – extending seamlessly from the living areas – you will never want to leave.
Outdoors
The main living room leads onto a large terrace with stunning views of the Calvi harbour and citadel. Relax with a refreshing drink and some local antipasto while you watch the sunset.
The ultimate indulgence includes your own private swimming pool ( 10m x 5m), jacuzzi, pool house and outdoor entertaining facilities.
A 3 person Jacuzzi awaits you on the vine-covered terrace leading off the kitchen, or retreat with a cool drink to the covered cloisters around the pool.
The kitchen and living areas have been created to be the centre of enjoyment. Thoughtfully laid out, the kitchen comprises luxury kitchen appliances with everything and more provided for elegant entertaining to ensure guests will want for nothing during their time at Villa Capuccino.

First Floor – ‘U Rosumarinu’ 4.8 x 2.9m
Queen size bed (150 x 200cm). Opens on to the vine-covered rear terrace.
First Floor – ‘L’Uva’ 4.9 x 3.9m plus mezzanine of 3.7 x 2.4m
2 single beds (90 x 200cm) and a mezzanine with a king size bed (190 x 200cm). With stunning views over the pool and bay.
First Floor – ‘L’Aranciniu’ 4.9 x 3.3m plus mezzanine of 3.7 x 2.6m
Electrically adjustable king or 2 singles (160 x 200 cm or two 80 x 200cm). Plus a mezzanine with two single beds (90 x 190cm). Opens on to the vine-covered rear terrace.
Second Floor – ‘L’Agava’ 4.8 x 4m
Electrically adjustable king bed (two 90 x 200cm). With TV, ensuite shower and bath and access to a private terrace overlooking the bay.
Second Floor – Gymnasium 5.4 x 4.3m
Gymnasium with stunning views over the bay. Equipment includes free weights, abdominal cruncher, weight bench, Reebok step, running machine and elliptical muscle trainer.
Bathroom configuration 2 Bathrooms (one shared on the first floor and ensuite on the second floor).
