Rates per week include cleaning, linen and towels (including beach towels).
Payment terms: on booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is taken. The remaining amount is payable on arrival. On arrival a security bond deposit is also taken (but not cashed). The bond amount is the equivalent of one weeks rental. The bond is refunded 8 days after departure.
